Please tour, please tour, please tour! If he comes within 500 miles of my hometown, I am going! I don't care how much it costs…I can afford to lose a little weight by not eating for awhile. Seeing Paul would be the highlight of my life thus far. I saw Rain : a Tribute to the Beatles the other night, and if I was affected like I was by Let it Be sung by a fake Paul…well, imagine how I would be if I got to see the real Paul perform it! Plus, I love Wings almost as much as I love the Beatles (blasphemy, I know…but strangely, I don't really care), so I would love to hear some of his Wings/solo stuff.
If he decides to come anywhere near where I live, I am MOST DEFINATELY going, no matter what. My mom would probably come too, she liked the Wings.

BTW there are rumors in Mexican online newspapers that Paul will come to Ciudad Juarez as part of a series of concerts and cultural events to help to improve the city's image next October.
Until I see it in paulmccartney.com I will believe this is true.

That's fantastic. When I was researching about Paul's concert in Mexico, I joined a Peruvian Beatle forum. My God , they are true hardcore Beatle fans. I'm truly happy for them. The tickets are going to be way too expensive though.
Edit : Wow, forget it these guys are just head over heels with the news!! One girl said “The Mesias is coming!!” LOL!!

It's not too late, though, PennyLane! I think he will for sure tour North America, too. And would he miss New York? I have my fingers crossed for somewhere within 500 miles of Alabama! I want to see him so badly!

Well the thing is that for people who live far away from the exciting things that happen in the world, with no chance of traveling to Europe, imagine that the only chance to see your hero is if he comes to your country. And that chance is just very small.
Then, all of sudden, that dream comes true. That's why they say things like “The Mesias is coming!”

I was lucky enough to see Paul live last year and it was the most incredible experience. He's in great voice ( o.k. he's not gonna do ' I'm Down '! ) and his band are amazing but, aside from that, as a life long Beatles fan it's great to see how he has really come to terms with his past and is clearly enjoying it. The set was stunning, drawing on Beatles and solo work in equal measure and it was surprising how well his solo materiel stood up against his old group.
My personal highlight – turned me into a blubbering old fool to be honest!- was when he produced a ukelele and proceeded to tell the story of how George had collected them and had given him this particular one. He spoke very warmly of his relationship with George and then he sang 'Something ' accompanied by his ukelele until the solo when the rest of the band joined in to complete the most moving version of one of my all-time favourite songs.
I suppose I'm trying to say that if you get the opportunity to see Paul live, grab it!
