Offline Back in March of 2016 I started this semi-facetiously tongue-in-cheek topic (only one person of the few who responded seemed to acknowledge it). Anyway, I ran across an amusing pic of Paul, supposedly after a moped accident he had in which his face hit the road. With his banged-up features, the vague resemblance to Sly Stallone comes a bit closer:

Offline @Father McKenzie, yes; at the time I didn’t know where that pic came from, had not even heard the story of his motorcycle accident etc. but it seemed perfect for the comparison with Sly. As I may have said way above or in another thread, once when I was walking in front of a movie theater where giant posters of Sly were plastered all over advertising one of his “Rocky” movies, my friend, a fellow Beatles fan, pointed and said, “Monster McCartney”. I’m just surprised that my friend and I all these years (nay decades) have been the only people to point this out.
