Just discovered this on YouTube — apparently John, Yoko, George and others had a sloppy jam session covering various Paul songs from McCartney and RAM.
Ummm…i mean…that guy is an impersonator…
who is the impersonator? that recording has multiple voices & instruments (+cross talking).
Secondly, the recording is way too chaotic and sloppy and poorly recorded with too many people interrupting etc. to be a forgery
Stevie Ricks is the impersonator. He’s been doing imitations of famous people, including the Beatles, for many years now.

That’s quite a creative and intricately subtle forgery!
What’s the general consensus, I also recently discovered this and I was convinced, is there anywhere else where people could find the sources for this? Now that i’m playing it again i’m not quite as convinced.

My name is Stevie Riks. I have been creating Comedy and Music Videos on You Tube and Facebook for the past 10 years. So far I have created over 1,500 Videos. Each of my videos takes between 1 – 3 Days to complete and they are provided free through You Tube Facebook and my Website.
He’s very good and knows his stuff, but I’m not sure why anyone would think it authentic.

Like I said, the sheer sloppiness and near chaos of the recording (no doubt choreographed to make it seem that way) lends it an air of authenticity. In addition, the little bits of Paul covers are incomplete and come off very low key and almost buried in ambient noise & chatter. Seems if someone were going to fake a recording like this, they’d flesh the songs out more distinctly.

Y’know I never really belive youtube videos like that. A lot of times I feel the need to double triple fact check them to see if the thing in specfic is really true or real. It’s kinda why I don’t listen to demos and samples even if they are offical. But their impressions are really good. I just wish they had put a disclaimer on the video or in the discription that is was an impression. I can kinda tell it’s an impression it sounds kinda off.
(But the video reminds me of a short youtube series done by youtuber (I think their name is Soild JJ?) were he did impressions of the beatles and put them is goofy suiations. I am not trying to derail the thread I was just reminded of the series)
I made this my signature to remind me not to change it constantly.
