Offline Taylor Swift did this with her last album. There were 8 different versions, but each had a different album cover and all the deluxe editions had the same bonus track. There were also sets that came with clothes that actually looked like effort was put into their design. The stuff that Paul is selling with this album are all essentially the same thing in four colors, and the shirts look like any shirt I got free with an album and only wear as pajamas. I don’t see many people wanting to go buy all of them. And you know in a year or a couple months he’s just going to release a version with all the bonus tracks anyways like he did with New and Egypt Station.

Offline Isn’t it cool that George and John are releasing monumental 50th anniversary box sets while Paul is by himself in his home recording his newest album. The Beatles will never die. I predict Carnival Of Light will be included on the 50th anniversary collectors addition box set of McCartney III

Offline I’ll maybe buy it if I find it going cheap somewhere. I never bothered with ‘Egypt Station’ as I disliked what I heard and I’ve never had any good opinions of ‘New’ (obligatory and mandatory comment on how I detest that album title).

Offline Heres one from Egypt Station that stands up to anything Paul’s done. I’m so looking forward to this, me and my brother are going to split the cost to buy one of the collectors editions as a gift for our dad. That way I can at least hear one of the bonus tracks.

Offline It was for sale in my local Morrisons this morning at 10:30am 17/12/20 whilst I was food shopping, presumably a mistake. The only reason I didn’t get it is because it’s been asked for as a Christmas present.
