This album scares me. I think “Coming Up ” and “One of These Days” is good but “Temporary Secretary ” makes me laugh, then almost cry, and then hide in a corner.
What are your opinions?

First off LOL
Secondly Underrated album. It has 3 beautiful melodies (Waterfalls,One of these Days and Darkroom), some funky instrumentals and two funky hits (Coming Up and Temp. Secretary)
Great album that doesn’t get any respect
Do people like the studio version of CU or the live wings version? I love both

Really awful album.
I'm glad you said it first. This is one really bad album. Even on the cover photo he has this look as if he's thinking, “ooooooooohhh, did i really put this rubbish out there?”
Hahahahahaha ¨*remembering that Skye's hillarious avatar with Paul's face* It seems he was practing that face since Mad Day Out

Yeah, the album's a bit of a fart but Coming Up is a great song, both versions!

I bought that 45 when it was released. The only 3-song single I've ever owned! (And the first one I'd ever encountered.)
GEORGE: In fact, The Detroit Sound. JOHN: In fact, yes. GEORGE: In fact, yeah. Tamla-Motown artists are our favorites. The Miracles. JOHN: We like Marvin Gaye. GEORGE: The Impressions PAUL & GEORGE: Mary Wells. GEORGE: The Exciters. RINGO: Chuck Jackson. JOHN: To name but eighty.

I also do not like this album. The first album 'McCartney' from 1970 was much better. Paul in my opinion puts out too many albums. He needs to focus more on the quality and not just the quantity. (Just my opinion) I do like the live version of 'Coming Up ' more than the studio version.

After being a George fan for so long, Paul's lyrics to songs is just hard for me to relate to. We all have our opinion and I don't feel he is a very good lyricist compared to John and George. I don't get into the Pop scene and listen to music just because of a catchy chorus or beat of the song. I also like Bob Dylan and Paul Simon a lot due to the intensity of the lyrical content in their songs.

I like this album! It really reminds me of his first one, with the silly little what-the-heck experiments and whatnot.
Yeah, so do I. It's really underrated.

I've never given the album a listen but the video for Coming Up kills me every time I hear it. The video is just too funny.
Oh Paul, what were you thinking?

Just bought the remaster, and I like the bonus tracklisting. I’ve giving Blue Sway a listen, and that’s a winner. Ah Paul, I think I love this more now.
Edit: Check My Machine will be stuck in my head for weeks now. It’s catchy because it’s so repetitive.

I love this album! Temporary Secretary ‘s my favorite, and Waterfalls and Frozen Jap!
After I took it, it opened my eyes. We only use one-tenth of our brain. Just think what we could all accomplish if we could only tap that hidden part. It would mean a whole new world. If the politicians would take LSD, there wouldn't be any more War or poverty or famine.

What the heck is Bogey Wobble? Sounds like someone is saying “whatwhatwhatwhatwhatwhat” the whole way thru! Very strange experience, in a good way (i know it is the parter to Bogey Music).
And then theres Mr H. Atom!!!!
All You Horse Riders reminds me of that 70’s song “Superman” where actions were and you had to act them out “comb your hair”, “swim”, “muscleman” “kiss” etc.
Paul was certainly enjoying himself when recording McCartney II .
