I just got this album and I love it!! Nice and warm. So far my instant favorites are Somedays, Little Willow, Calico Skies (though I prefer the Good Evening NYC version) and If you wanna. But ask me tomorrow and I might choose other ones.

My favourites on the album are probably Calico Skies and Young Boy. I know what you mean about the GENYC version. I think it's the accordion that makes it.

Offline I'm glad to see both of you reacting positively to this album. I've never heard it, but have seen Macca do the title track live on a concert I recorded from 2003 in Russia. I thought that was a cool song and have been wanting to hear more of the album.

Offline I recommend you this album Zig… I love all the colors of Macca (well, most of them) but Macca nice, down-to-earth is just irresistible.

Thanks for that, paulsbass. I especially like the fact that you find this to be “his most Beatley album ever.” High praise indeed. 
And mith, you said “Macca nice, down-to-earth is just irresistible.” I agree. I thoroughly enjoy a his Beatle stuff like that. Stuff like Yesterday , I've Just Seen a Face, Mother nature's Son, etc…

Offline That's The Problem with Being One of the only Beatles fans at my school. 1 Day, (and we play a song before our day begins) I was Running late, ran to my locker, ran into my class and heard someone say “Evan, That's Your Song”. I am the Classic rock dude at my school, or at least in my class. Edit: They were playing “I Am The Walrus “
