Because for some reason beknown only to McCartney, they have remastered the original Russian 11-track first pressing from October 1988, @Expert Textpert, which was missing I’m Gonna Be a Wheel Someday and Summertime. When the first pressing almost immediately sold out, a second pressing was issued about a month later which was expanded to 13 tracks with those two, and is the one with which we’re more familiar.
I’m in Love Again was added to the CD version when the album got an international release in 1991.

Offline Will probably be re-re-re-released (? – how may times has this album been reissued) in a few months with the two additional tracks added and then in 3 years time we will get another edition with all fourteen. A further two years later there will then be an expanded expanded edition with a second 40-minute disc of unreleased tracks and the various songs Paul put out as b-sides.
Paul’s archive collection is an utter mess.

Offline CHOBA B CCCP (Snova v SSSR written with Latin letters) means Back In The USSR . The first album was released only in the Soviet Union and had 11 tracks. A later edition released internationally had 13 tracks.

The problem would appear to be that part of the URL is in Russian Cyrillic, and it’s not recognised.
