When I see there are new posts in this thread, I am obligated as a Mod to enter and make sure the conversation remains civil. Kudos to all, as for the most part it has.
At the same time, I hate coming in here because I leave dumber for the experience. 
Ridiculous theories are cobbled together and immediately have holes poked into them, exposing them as rubbish. Etc…, etc…, blah, blah, blah.

Offline Don’t worry, @Zig. I have no intention of humouring/feeding Sceptic anymore. I might continue making fun of the whole PID idea, and i might post pictures sometimes, but I’m not taking any of the bait anymore. It’s a wasted effort anyway, and as I said before, I really need to work on my book…

Ya and all the picture don’t mean that Paul is dead anyway since Paul doesn’t need to be dead to be replaced so in the end, looking at a bunch of pictures of Paul isn’t gonna prove Paul is dead.

That is a fair question. I read the post you cited and then re-familiarized myself with @Joe ‘s Forum Rules – because I seldom have to. Generally this place polices itself.
To answer your question, I do not believe JPM-Fangirl broke any rules. I my view, she used the information available to her to form a theory about something- in this case your identity. Sound familiar? If her hypothesis is incorrect she should, at the very least, admit she was wrong. Will you?
Oh and by the way. While looking again at the Forum Rules, I did notice one that you are on the brink of violating:
8. Users who abuse the forum may have their accounts terminated, but this is a last resort.
When I started typing this, you had a total of 81 posts. All of them are in 2 threads. If you were not asked to move your original conversation to this thread you would have limited yourself to 1. Using the information available to me, I theorize you came here for only one purpose.
Since I don’t know anything about you, I will give you the benefit of the doubt by saying if you believe Paul is dead, that would render the rest of this site useless in our eyes. Which raises a question; if you have no interest in the rest of the site, and none of us believe anything you are putting forth, why on Earth are you still here?
You are most welcome to stay and enjoy the content. But if you continue this incredibly repetitive pattern, we will take a closer look at Rule #8.

I came here to see if I could get a cogent debate going about the ‘myth’ of PID. But it seems like everything I bring up as a talking point is shot down in sarcastic flames.
My rationale for coming to this thread is that, by its very name, it has some relevance in the Beatles’ story. I disagree, that if I think Paul is dead, that renders the rest of the site invalid. I loved the Beatles, still do, loved Paul, and believe something happened to him. How does that make me less of a Beatles fan than others with a different view?
The answer to why am I still here, is there are inconsistencies I want to bounce off people. Every time I try, I get met with hostility from most people.
I am who I say I am, what did you have in mind when you asked will I admit I am wrong? About who I am?
What is my incredibly repetitive pattern? I post things that are relevant always to PID. I just don’t get any cogent debate. Whatever I post just gets ridiculed by most, so I move onto posts which I think are showing reasonable enough anomalies in Paul’s appearance/demeanour etc.
Is this the repetitive pattern you refer to?

No rules were broken, all that is asked is that folk are polite and aside from saying you were who you were not not much else was wrong.
Be glad the conversation is still open @Sceptic as for the last 10+ pages its been one endless cycle of posts made that roughly go “thats not Paul because his earlobe/nose/left armpit is bigger/smaller/less hairy” with others saying no he’s alive. The PiD thread got locked for being very similar (there it was Paul sang the Ahhs, no he didn’t, yes he did repeated ad boredom). You should be happy @Mademoiselle Kitty >^..^< is replying when everyone else has pretty much stopped, not gripping that she got your name wrong.

Haven’t we been here already?
Isn’t the question ‘If post-mustache Paul is a fake then how come his replacement was just as talented?” still to be answered properly – and not with everything the other Paul did is pure crap or involved a team of 45,000 writers – who are holed up underground out of fear of being bumped off by the KGB, FBI, Royal Family or Illuminati.

No – she WAS replying, until she got it into her head that I was a woman named Tina. So I searched (googled “Tina PID”). Now I know who she is, and I am not her. I get my information from googling and reading. Other people have been replying, some have an interest in being open minded. Most don’t. Why have the ‘Myth’ thread at all if people don’t want new info? I have primary source articles I haven’t posted yet, thought they would be of interest. Old newspapers clippings and the like. I get info from all over. I happened to post something from Tina’s site (not knowing who the hell Tina was) and she assumes I am her? What kind of assumption is that to make? It’s a big internet out there, with lots of PID groups.
Again, I post things for discussion. The main players here seem uninterested in having those.

Offline I’d like to thank the mods for coming to my defence. You weren’t obliged to, so I appreciate it greatly.
The post Sceptic refers to it the result of two things:
1. A strong feeling that this person really is the owner of, or at least connected to the 60if blog. His/her style is highly reminiscent of HerMajesty’s, and all of the proposed ‘evidence’ comes from that site as well. There are many parallels to be seen, which is why I came to my conclusion. Perhaps I’m wrong, perhaps I’m right.
2. Reverse psychology, or holding up a mirror. What I wrote, doesn’t even come close to what Sceptic and other PID believers say about Paul. If Sceptic gets upset over one case of putting the shoe on the other foot, I’d like him/her to stop and think how Paul must feel sometimes. He’s been constantly confronted with this for nearly fifty years!
If I owe anyone an apology, it’s the mods. By indulging in this endless game of cat and mouse, I probably made their jobs a lot harder these past few days. I don’t think I owe Sceptic an apology, though. If i do, then he/she owes Paul and several other people an apology as well.

Actually, we’re interested. The thing is, you don’t seem to be answering our questions, just part of it, maybe because you just feel like answering just that. It doesn’t sit well with me & maybe some of the others, hence the “sarcastic remarks”. The fact that people are still responding in this thread when you’ve fobbed off our questions shows that they’re trying to get your opinion.
I’ll give it one last try:
I’d like to know who do you think wrote Obladi Oblada, Martha My Dear , Maxwell’s Silver Hammer since all the other Beatles went on to criticise them. When they didn’t even like those, why put them on? Why did John give Faul half the credit for A Day In The Life when he might as well have written the whole thing? He didn’t have to, considering they were writing great songs separately as well at this point.
What about Faul buying extra shares in Northern Songs when they weren’t even his? How can an imposter even do this and not expect consequences?
What’s your view on Paul/Faul not opting to be managed by Allan Klein? If he were not even Paul, an original band member, and didn’t even write the songs (according to you), why give him such power to not opt for Klein? Why did he proceed to sue the other Beatles when the other three had offered him everything on a silver platter when all he had to do was hold the guitar and mime?
(All the above seems to me as if he were abusing the other Beatles given that he had absolutely no contribution to make. No conscience whatsoever! Whereas if it were Paul, his actions are understandable.)
What about his solo career? How did he go about writing great songs like “Maybe I’m amazed”, and my favourite “Calico Skies”?
Besides, who are these people who could’ve exposed Faul but live in fear? What fear? Who according to you is threatening them and to what effect? How could Paul being Faul affect The Beatles “legacy”? They would’ve still made ground breaking music with Sgt. Pepper , White Album and Abbey Road . Good music is still good music, is it not?
I’m hoping I get a well thought out answer from you, Sceptic, and not just “I don’t know”. Even if it’s just an opinion, it can be well thought out, not just a casual remark. We all make educated guesses in this forum regarding topics where we have little to no information. For a fan, it isn’t that hard.

Then discuss and answer questions with information not basic statements like everyone is living in fear or I don’t know followed by yet more pictures of Paul’s head, shoulders, knees and toes as if that’s solid evidence.
And who do you mean by “main players”? If you mean those with most posts then there are many here who have posted far less but contribute a hell of a lot to forum discussions when they can or feel prompted to do so.

You get no cogent debate because we believe it to be rubbish debunked over and over again. It gets ridiculed because it is ridiculous. It’s a story originated by a couple of college students, latched onto by conspiracy theorists all too willing to perpetuate the rubbish.
My own appearance has been changing over the decades. My demeanor can be affected by an undigested bit of beef, a blot of mustard, a crumb of cheese, a fragment of underdone potato. Does that prove that I am dead?

You post things nobody believes except you and other conspiracy theorists. We think it is rubbish. We debunk everything you present. Why would we possibly want to discuss it further? If you came here looking to convert people into your way of thinking, it is not working. Hence, the disinterest.

PID is new to me in that I had dismissed it as rubbish until a couple of months ago. I have been through phases of Beatles fanship. I have never been a fan of post Beatles Paul McCartney . The forensics report, and the evidence of a terrified Heather Mills convinced me there is something in it. (Yes, yes I know Sir Paul called her a prostitute, the media crucified her, and you probably believe all that; she could just as easily be telling the truth, and a victim).
There’s a big difference between accusing someone you are talking to that they are not who they say they are, and calling them dishonest, and my belief that Paul is dead. I cannot talk to Paul. Did she bother to ask me? No. What a cop out.
