I wonder if he has ever seen either this site and or http://www.beatlesebooks.com/, a site created by a guy who experienced The Beatles as a little kid (4-8, as he was born in 1962 and was introduced to them around 1966) who does a song by song guide that goes really in depth about The Beatles songs and how they were created, the instruments, etc. and even uses the US timeline, which makes it easy to navigate for US 1st gen and early US 2nd gen fans, but makes it hard for most 2nd gen or UK 1st gen fans to navigate. The only thing about the site that some may call a flaw is that it is updated on a when I feel like it basis, although I can understand that this is a side project and not his main job, as unlike someone like say PewDiePie, he doesn’t get paid for it.

Is Paul gonna release Wild Life , Red Rose Speedway , London Town , or Back To The Egg archive editions? He seems to have skipped over these 4. I heard somewhere that the next one he’s doing is Flowers In The Dirt . While I love FITD, he is skipping over Give My Regards To Broad Street , Choba B CCCP , and most importantly Press To Play . So is he going to release archives of these albums or is he just skipping them?

I’m not sure about the Wings Remasters, because Band On The Run and At The Speed Of Sound were released, but not the others.
I’m sure he’ll get to all of them at some point though.

There is no real order to the releases aside from coupling some together. No idea what’s happened to the ‘FitD’ release, maybe its been eternally delayed due to Paul changing record label.

Well supposedly FitD is the next one to be released. It’s supposed to be either this year or next year.

It was meant to be this year and containing amazing demos, probably the widely bootlegged Paul/Elvis Costello ones, but has completely vanished.

According to this interview, it’s coming, as well as a new record. So far, I haven’t cared much about most of the demos that came with the reissues. There are a few nice ones, but most were booted from my playlists. I’ve been very impressed with the remasters and remixes, though. I got TOW and it sounds very fresh compared to the original version. Since I love FITD, i’m looking forward to that one a lot. And from what Paul has revealed about the new record, I am rather tickled about that as well. It’ll be good to have another one that’s more dark and bluesy, I reckon. i hope he sticks to that idea.

Now that I’m looking at the reissue track lists, most of the bonus tracks I enjoy are the singles. I do enjoy some of the demos on ToW and PoP.
I like the original ToW tracks more than the remixes(probably because that’s what I’ve known). It makes me sad that digital stores only sell the remixes now.

Why doesn’t Paul use his Rickenbacker anymore.
I DON’T HAVE AN ANSWER TO THIS, BUT MAYBE PAUL DOES!!!!

He uses the Höfner on stage because the fans expect to see him use the Beatle Bass, or so he thinks anyway. I’m not sure if he does or does not use the Rick in the studio. If he doesn’t, it might be because Brian’s SG bass already sounds a lot fatter than the Höfner, so he doesn’t need it to get the desired sound. It could also be he wants to make sure the same bass is used on stage as on the record, so any bass part Paul will play live, is recorded using his Beatle bass. Pure speculation on my part, obviously.

The Hofner might’ve been the live Beatles bass, but in the studio, it’s a whole different story. He used his Rick on the majority or entirety of these albums:

Has anyone ever surf he Internet and then it winds up being Beatles related and it’s on a topic that is silly? I just have and all because of dumbest and curiosity does Paul McCartney wear a hair piece or wig or hair transplant. I personal just think it’s his own hair. I don’t care because he is Paul McCartney but I just had to be curious

Nah, it’s his own hair and his hairline has receded a fair bit, but he combs it forward to it doesn’t show. Mike still has most of his hair, too. I doubt even the best wig in the world would stay in place when swimming, or when those ‘Live And Let Die ‘ blasts go off….

Here’s a question I have:
So everybody knows about how pissed off Paul got when he found out that Phil added an orchestra in front of The Long And Winding Road , but if this is the case, then why the hell does he use the orchestra part when playing the song live.

My guess is that even though he dislikes it, it stays true to the album version of the song, which is the most popular version and sort of the official version.
