It’s my understanding that Heather lives on Peasmarsh, and the last I heard from her, she was very close to Paul. I don’t know about for sure Nancy’s son, but I think he and Paul get along very well, too. Paul sees Beatrice a lot, I think he and Heather have equal custody. So yeah, it seems he’s close to all his kids, including the ones that aren’t biologically his.

I read the first line, thought of Heather Mills and got confused trying to work out if Paul and Heather had made up. Tho i’m pretty sure they are amicable for the sake of Beatrice.
Paul gets on incredibly well with all his kids*. Heather, in Paul’s eyes, is his kid and I would think Heather sees Paul as her dad/father. I’m positive I’d read somewhere that Paul makes no distinction between them and rightly so.
*The ones that we know are his. I wouldn’t be surprised if there wasn’t a few wee sprogs out there that came from when Paul was enjoying his freedom in Hamburg and Liverpool back in the 50’s and early 60’s.

It’s probably his 1994 Hofner Vintage ’61 Cavern. Though it entered their main catalogue, it is more of a limited edition, with only 550 being made by 2010. The first one made was presented to Paul. The Music Ground Project also had a licensed version called the Cavern Bass.
There have been slightly different versions of this repro by Hofner and with associates since, with the biggest change occurring in 2010 when the switches they had been using were replaced with repros of the original “rugby ball” switches, known as the 500/1 Cavern.
It is likely that Paul also owns that variation, along with the MGP version, along with the Dawsons Version of the 500/1 Cavern.
So, that’s my guestimate, that Paul probably has at least 4 different repros of his lost 1961 500/1.

Paul McCartney was one of the guests at President Obama’s birthday party.
Ava DuVernay’s was on Stephen Colbert’s show talking about the party.
…at President Barack Obama’s secret birthday party. To hear the two of them tell it, this was a starry party full of all the coolest celebrities — and so secret they all had to turn in their phones to gain entry.
“At one point, Paul McCartney leaned over to me and said, ‘It doesn’t get better than this,’” Colbert recalled. “And I thought, ‘Well, you would know how good things can get!’”
DuVernay told one specific story from the White House event involving, of all things, a dance battle between Usher and Janelle Monáe.
“And so they’re danicng and they’re going at it. I’m like, it can’t get better than this,” DuVernay said. “Then, on the periphery, you see POTUS and FLOTUS, and they’re getting into it, like it can’t get better than this. Then, who steps into the middle of the dance battle? This one. He starts dancing, and everyone fell out, just fell flat out. Then Ellen jumped in,
then Paul McCartney jumped in
, do you remember? And Chance the Rapper too. I was like, ‘My eyes, I don’t know where to look.’”
