The updated reworked p.s. Love Me Do featured above was eventually ditched by Paul who admitted that it didnt quite work. There is a studio version hidden in the vaults and available on bootlegs for anyone who wants to hear it and then skip over it ever after.
Has Paul done Wild Honey Pie , i would doubt it, and he wrote the majority of Every Little Thing , sang on it and i dont think thats been done live.

Nah, everyone would think Mick was referring to Keith.
Agree 90% with Holsety re “Back Seat…” Even though I’ve had the album since the day it came out, I never really appreciated (or even listened to) it until quite recently. Maybe ‘coz it was the last song on the album …. who knows.

I know a lot Wings fans want him to start playing Soily again. Personally, I’d like to hear a live version of Back Seat of My Car; has to be one of my favorites of his.
Fantastic song!
I wish I wish I wish he would do “Why Don’t We Do It In The Road?” The acoustic version off the Anthology…
"Please don't bring your banjo back, I know where it's been.. I wasn't hardly gone a day, when it became the scene.. Banjos! Banjos! All the time, I can't forget that tune.. and if I ever see another banjo, I'm going out and buy a big balloon!"

Forgot that existed and now its back again. Man its dreadful. Even worse it got an official release as a b-side on some single or 12″ in the early 1990’s (according to wiki it was the live Birthday 12″). There’s even a studio recording of it available on bootlegs. A heinous crime against music.

I bought the Birthday 12″ back in the day – I’ve still got it. I forgot that was on there. I didn’t know there was a studio version though. My god, that’s terrible.

Sadly its on the Return To Pepperland bootleg which is otherwise really good. Paul has some really strong unreleased material from that period which deserves to be heard, PS Love Me Do isn’t one of those.

Paul is too old now to sing “When I’m 64”.Maybe he should write a sequel “When I’m 84”.
And when he’s 94, he can write “When I’m 104”. That’s right. I won’t ever want to let go of this man.

I’m seeing Paul live in October. I’ve seen some of his recent setlists, and they look AWESOME!
Anyway, I was listening to Rubber Soul today and thought of how cool it would be if he did I’m Looking Through You at the show. I doubt he will, but it would be super cool.
Also, oddly enough, Paul didn’t do Maybe I’m Amazed at either of the two shows of his I’ve been to, which kinda sucks. Paul, please play Maybe I’m Amazed at the Oct. 15th show!
But that’s off-topic. Does anyone know if he’s even performed I’m Looking Through You live? Now that I think of it, he may have with the Beatles.

he’s played it 33 times.
I don’t think the Beatles ever played it live.

They only played top hits, sadly.

“When I Was 27”, maybe? Although he’s already written (and perfected) Early Days , so I needn’t ask for more.

That is because he has never performed either live which is a real shame. I thought we might have got I Want To Hold Your Hand for the 50th anniversary of arriving in America but it never happend.
