The video for Corinne Bailey Rae’s version of Bluebird is out.My favorite version of Blackbird is still the one she did at The White House with Herbie Hancock.

Too me, it’s a snoozer parlance. The more I hear this album, the more disappointed I am.
Nobody does Macca, like Macca! Is it just me who thinks this way, or what?
Although Def Leppard doing Helen Wheels wasn’t too bad.
Heck, I should put myself singing in there too, so that it’s real bad…. ha-ha

It’s such a hodge podge of artists. Some iconic names are included, but too many has beens. When you include old stadium artists like Kiss, Sammy Hagar, and Def Leppard, you might as well stick to something with a similar genre / sound / geographical commonality. Pretty disappointed in Robert Smith’s cover. I may pluck a few of the songs from Amazon, but thats about it.

Not me. I had it on pre-order before I bought my ticket for the Fest, and I haven’t heard enough to convince me to re-order.
