Take a listen to this. Paul McCartney ,David Crosby ,Graham Nash , Phil Collins, Little Richard, Ringo Starr , Julian Lennon and others doing a version of Drive My Car . Here it is: NR=1 (There's a brief rap between the verses. Don't think it ends at like 1:30.)
As if it matters how a man falls down.'
'When the fall's all that's left, it matters a great deal.

Ok then… strange group of people brought together to promote designated driving. I get the point, still odd. I like Paul with that afro though. Not crazy about that rap or Bret Michaels.
Clarence Clemons on sax
Interesting find Sun King .

I found it off the CSN In My Life video I posted elsewhere. There are strange things on YouTube.

I clicked the “Play” button and my thoughts were, “cool – yikes – hey, not bad – yikes – double yikes”.
Then I clicked the “Stop” button, wishing there was a “Please God Make It Stop” button.
Annnnnnnnnnnyway, that made me look for a good version of David Crosby's song titled Drive My Car – not a a cover of the Beatles song, but an original song with the same title. I have it on a CSN(Y) compilation, but there is no good version on the web. It did, however, lead me to this. It seems we are not the only Beatlemaniacs on the globe.
To the fountain of perpetual mirth, let it roll for all its worth. And all the children boogie.

Sorry if I caused any pain – I'm no Rupert Murdoch. And Zig, I found a good recording (live acoustic, but it sounds great) of the other Drive My Car here.
They were huge fans (what 60's musicians weren't?) and their 1994 album has a studio recording of In My Life (live version here).
