My curiosity about this painting has been building for quite a while now. It pops up in literally dozens of episodes of the TV series Pawn Stars, but only for a second or two and only in long shots; I’ve never seen the camera actually focus or center on it. Usually it’s on the wall behind customers as they bargain, meaning that it faces the counter which the staff are behind. I’ve also seen it on the wall at the front of the store, to the left of the door, in shots taken from the counter’s end.
Lennon’s depicted sans glasses and in a leather jacket, as he looked in the Hamburg / Liverpool era. The extremely vivid blue background makes it impossible to miss; the eye is drawn to it every time the camera swings past it.
I’ve Googled for it without luck using “Pawn Stars” + “Lennon” and then again adding “painting,” and I’ve tried simply using “Lennon” + “painting” without the show title.
Who painted it, and when, and what’s its history and so forth and so on?
Thanks!
I have 7.004 billion brothers and sisters.

It’s just to hide that secret copy of Battletoads they have!
Seriously though, could you get a screenshot?
