Thanks. I did a bit of delving and found more info on the Kenwood blog. http://kenwoodlennon.blogspot……elic%20eye There is one picture on there where it is laid out on the floor and it looks amazing.
I read that apparently Lennon was interested in “the third eye”. Without wanting to go too off topic I recently read a good book called “DMT the spirit molecule” and it mentions the theory that the pineal gland in humans is a remnant of a third eye and is thought to produce DMT which is a psychedelic compound. Reptiles and some fish have a parietal or third eye.

This may not be the best question to ask, but why does it seem like John and Paul are the exact opposite when it comes to how they like there women. I mean all of John’s relationships are older than him (with the exception of May Pang, which considering her age at the time The Beatles hit it big, seems like a dream come true to her), especially considering that Yoko is 7 years older than him. On the other hand, Paul’s women are always younger than him (with the exception of Linda) and his newer relationships are so more younger than him that if he was romantically interested in them while The Beatles were still around, he’d be in jail. Paul is so lucky.

That sort of thing seems like it might just be a coincidence. Who knows if John Lennon would have gone after younger women had he lived long enough?

It’s all about what you prefer. One isn’t necessarily better than the other. My wife is 14 years younger than me.
I personally prefer younger women myself. Hell, although my 1st wife is only 1 year younger than me, she died in 2004 and my 2nd wife is 12 years younger than me and is closer in age to my oldest daughter than me.

Yes, my wife is closer in age to my niece than to me. But she has more in common with me, of course, lol. I have no children. I waited until I was 37 to get married. My niece got married only 9 years after me.

@Leppo where did you read that Lennon was into the third eye? I read in The Last Days of Lennon that he stocked the house at Cold Spring Harbor with New Age books such as books on the topic of Theosophy (by H. P. Blavatsky for example).
@experttextpert I read about it on the site which was created by the current owner of the mosaic. http://thepsychedeliceye.com/page3.html
It’s quite a basic site and I don’t know how reliable it is but we know Lennon was interested in Eastern thinking where 3rd Eye features quite prominently.

Didn’t he have two cats named Salt and Pepper?
You are correct, sir. This site supposedly lists all of the cats he has had. You will really like the first one.

Mimi was very strict, and John sometimes resented her for it, especially once he reconnected with his mother. I feel like John blamed a lot of his problems on Mimi like many of us young folks do to our parents/guardians. Mimi was definitely hard on John, but he needed to be looked out for after all that he’d been through.

Thanks. However, even with the strictness we can tell that John loved her since he did talk to her a lot. So there is no doubt he loves her

Obviously, it varied depending on what was happening in John’s life, @Little Piggy Dragonguy, however it is known that during the last five years of his life, he would phone her most weekends (usually on a Sunday), and that they spoke for some time on the day before his assassination.
