Hi friends,
Do anyone have DETAILS about John & Yokos travel in Europe in March 1969? Or know where I can find them?
I know they went by plane to Paris, by plane to Gibraltar and returned to Paris.
The 25th of March they arrived at the Amsterdam Hilton to make their first Bed-In. Later they went back to Paris and visited Vienna before returning to England. Probably by plane.
I know their white Rolls Royce was at the parkinglot in front of the Amsterdam Hilton. Did they drive from Paris to Amsterdam? When? (It takes aprox 5 hours). In “The Ballad Of John And Yoko ” John sings, that they drove to Amsterdam, but that’s the only source I can find about that very long car-trip…
In general about the Rolls Royce: Do anyone know about it’s whereabouts in Europe during John & Yokos stay ?
