@Expert Textpert “And he reportedly said something shocking on tape the day of his death, which was subsequently erased by his record producer and never revealed.”
Who “reportedly” said this?
Conspiracy theory rhetoric tends to indulge in rhetoric like “reportedly”, weaving a tissue of suggestive innuendo that can have a mesmerizing effect on a reader lulling them into thinking an actual thing or event is being described when if you peel the rhetoric back, it’s all supposition & speculation. What may be ironic is that I say this counting myself as a conspiracy theorist!
My sentence was sort of taken out of context to make it look like I was suggesting something. I used the word because what Lennon said was erased, so we have to go by what Douglas reported. Into the Sky made it look like I was saying that all of this was reportedly said by someone, when in fact I have seen footage of Douglas saying it.
Do you have a link to Douglas saying it?

I’ll have to find it. It’s been a few years and I don’t remember where it was. I think it’s on a dvd.

Perhaps it was something along the lines of what he allegedly told Fred Seaman in Bermuda about dying violently, or being shot.

What moves somebody to decide to erase a tape like that? Assuming there was no conspiracy, I can’t wrap my head around such strangely childish behavior from a grown professional man.

I never thought anything was suspicious about John’s death until finding this website. There’s very strong evidence that Stephen King, Reagan, Nixon, and Yoko were all in on it.

That guy claims Stephen King was at the scene that night asking Lennon for an autograph and claims to have evidence, but I can’t find any evidence on his website.
“my website; http://www.lennonmurdertruth.com places him at the scene getting Len-
non’s last autograph (not look-alike Chapman) and in Time and Newsweek issues
released a few months earlier.”

The evidence is the photo of John Lennon signing something for “Mark David Chapman.” That’s very clearly a picture of Stephen King.

Yes, it seems suspicious. Why would the doorman ask a killer to leave? Wouldn’t he want him apprehended instead of suggesting he escape?
Chapman’s description doesn’t say when the doorman asked him that. Since by the official narrative, Chapman was hanging around all day into the night for hours, it’s not out of the question that the doorman said that to him earlier rather than minutes after murdering an extremely famous tenant of the building.

Chapman declared to the police that Perdomo asked him to leave after the shooting. After taking his gun away. Before the murder, after Goresh left the place, they chatted friendly about Cuba, Fidel, and JFK’s assassination.

Isn’t that a crime? Why wasn’t Perdomo arrested and charged and tried?

It literally says he kicked the gun away and then asked him to leave.

If anything, Chapman’s narrative supports the “conspiracy theory.” JFK’s assassination is also linked to Catcher in the Rye.
