The guy that really hated John was TOM JONES. Numerous accounts of this have been common knowledge for decades. Elvis, on the other hand, reserved his most vehement disgust for the lounge crooner Robert Goulet (Elvis’ famous Memphis Mafia bodyguard and close friend Red West had even said once, that: Elvis would go to the extreme of firing a gun at a TV if a show featuring Goulet had suddenly come on the screen).
