Is this still an issue for anyone? It works for me at the moment.

Apologies if you had trouble getting to the site in the past 48 hours or so. My server was failing and bringing down all my sites. I found out it was a caching issue – files were being stored and not purged, and one folder contained 50 GB of avatars! It meant I had no spare capacity for the site to work normally. It seems to be OK again now, touch wood.

I’m guessing you’re using the Quote button? It should just include whatever was in the previous message, but that post you mentioned has a load of extra stuff around it. The message source looks like this:

Those <div class=”spPostContentSection”> and the many closing </div> tags shouldn’t be there, and are what’s causing all the lines. The quoted text should be what’s within the <blockquote> </blockquote> tags, but everything above and below is pretty much unnecessary.
