Offline I know. I think it’s just a display error, and nobody will actually be logged in as anyone else. Try posting and it should do it under the correct account.
It’s also sometimes showing the mobile version to people visiting on desktop, and vice versa. That’s a similar caching issue. The cache clears periodically (not sure how often), and the next person to visit essentially ‘builds’ the forum for the duration of that cached version. Depending on their username and device, it affects subsequent users.
I’m going to keep the forum open for the time being so I can better troubleshoot this. My hosts are aware of the issue.

Offline The code shows for italics in the post when I am in edit mode (ie when writing the post), but the letters don’t display in italics when the post is showing on the forum. Bold and underline are showing correctly.

Offline The html editor has worked so much better for me on mobile (which I use a lot). It is ok if the only problem I have is with the italics.
Edit: having the new and unread topics drop down menu for mobile is a much higher priority.

Offline I’m not sure if this is worth being bothered about, but I noticed this in my list of unread posts. Seems to me it used to indicate in which Forum the topic was featured. Now, it lists “New and Unread Posts” as the Forum for each thread. If you have bigger fish to fry, this can definitely wait.
