I suggest a 60% raise!
They absolutely rock. A far cry from the days when I was the only one.
@Ahhh Girl and @meanmistermustard are online a lot more than I and I so appreciate everything they do. I know @Joe does as well. These days, I am pretty much the (un)paid advisor who steps in when needed. So, I’ll just accept 1/2 of the proposed raise. This means that every time Joe gives us a “Thank You” (and he does a lot – great boss!), he can just give me a “Than”.

Offline This rise, is it 60% each or between us? If Zig is accepting half does that mean we get 30% between AG and myself which would work out as 15%? No wait, Joe is there so its 10%.
Somehow i’ve lost 83% of my rise and i was only getting 60%. Does that mean I’m Down 23%?
How does one go about arranging a strike on an internet forum?

Offline Yikes, we’ve gone from a pay raise to a strike in a very short span of time. Do I become a strikebreaker which would please Joe but alienate mmm? Now there’s a choosing between two things I don’t want to have to do. Are you willing to negotiate, mmm? I’ll give you my portion of the raise to keep the peace.

Offline I suppose if you’ve arranged getting the puppy @AppleScruffJunior then it would be unfair to leave it in the kennel. Not sure how you got one tho.
I’m always willing to negotiate @Ahhh Girl, truth be told i can’t be bothered with all the placard making and effort that goes into striking.

The petition on my clipboard clearly states in Article A, Part E:
“The mods, hereby referred to as ‘The Mods,’ will be given pay raises in the event that this petition, hereby referred to as ‘The Petition,’ can gather at least 30 signatures, hereby referred to at ‘Signatures.’ The Mods will have individual raises of sixty percent (60%). This should increase their salaries, hereby referred to as ‘Salaries,’ from exactly $0 (£0, €0) to a sum of $0 (£0, €0).”
And Article C, Section Z says:
“All those defined as The Mods, in Article A, Part A of this document, hereby referred to as ‘The Document,’ shall get the suggested raise, hereby referred to as ‘The Raise.’ That includes the aforementioned @Zig, @Ahhh Girl, and the newly modded @meanmistermustard, no matter what their separate. duties entail.”
Hopefully all that legal crap clears up all of your questions and removes the need for protest.

mmm is lucky. Most places you have to have been working there for a year to get the raise along with the other employees.

Offline LOST THREAD
Whilst carrying out a merge with two ‘mash-up’ threads an error message stating it couldn’t be completed because nothing was selected was displayed on screen. One of these threads is now on the run with its location unknown.
