Sorry everyone – I was laid low with an ear infection for a few days. Mostly better now.
I think I’ve fixed the attachments. @Shamrock Womlbs @Starr Shine? @Ahhh Girl Can you please see if they’re working for you? I can’t check all browsers/OSs so it’d be good to have some feedback.

I am on Chrome using both my Android phone and tablet. “Refresh” does not work. I have to go into Chrome and clear my cache/history each time if I want the privilege of seeing any new posts posted since the previous time I logged in. Of course, this action logs me out of this site and every other site as well, so it is a major chore to have to both clear my cache and log in every single time.

If you’re logged out you may well be seeing an older version of the forum – I think it might not update as often. If you’re logged in hopefully you won’t have to clear your cache to see recent posts, but if you’re having problems please let me know your browser and OS.

Edit: I forgot I was supposed to be telling you if attachments are working better (I claim temporary mental block from looking at pics of Paul). Yes, attachments are back to normal on my Android using Chrome.

Offline Every 4 or 5 times I try to load a page, it doesn’t load properly, to differing completeness. Here’s an example:
A day ago, I got one that stopped loading when it was halfway through loading, Thus creating the weirdest look ever – WeepyC’s username (she had the first post on that page) came up as ‘WeepingAtlasCed’
It’s quite annoying, and brings the average load time back down to normal for me.

Every 4 or 5 times I try to load a page, it doesn’t load properly, to differing completeness. Here’s an example:

This has now got to a stage where I can’t load any pages fully on Windows 10, Chrome and it’s very hard on iPhone chrome. The bad side-effect is that I can’t load the post button.
I then tried Microsoft Edge, but it didn’t like posting, so now I’m on Opera (which thankfully I have in the depths of my computer.
This is really annoying, it took me all day just to get to post my latest batch of results for the canon poll.

Offline @The Hole Got Fixed I’m sorry – I’ve not encountered that problem anywhere at all. Has this only recently started happening? I’ve been offline for about a week (illness/childcare) and so haven’t made any recent changes.
…apart from screwing up a load of settings today which made things inaccessible for a while, and rendered useless the Add Reply button. Everyone, I *think* things are back to normal now, but please let me know (via smoke signals) if not.

Offline No need to be sorry – no fault of your own! Technology…
This only started happening after the site came back on after you did those changes about 10 days ago. It’s very periodical, I can sometimes load up to 5 pages in a row before it mucks up the loading process. I certainly hadn’t seen it before 10 days ago.

Offline This isn’t just for the forum. It is for the whole site. I am on my phone with Chrome. When I tap on the blue menu bar or the three line thing on the blue bar, it doesn’t open up to give me the menu options.
