Maybe that’s why I no longer get the banner ads. That said, my flash player is fully updated.
It’s not that I’m bothered by their absence, but I do worry about Joe not getting the tiny bit of money he gets for displaying them.
It may not be much, but as they say, if you look after the pennies, the pounds will take care of themselves.

Offline Okay, @Joe, I think I have sussed why banner ads are no longer displaying for me, and I am not sure how to turn it around.
It seems that, for some reason, Opera has decided the banner ads are insecure content and are blocking them.
I have tried removing the block but to no avail.

I’m surprised any advertisers are using Flash nowadays. It’s either Google or Amazon ads, the two types I have running here. I’ll see if I can filter out the Flash ones.

Offline The last few times I’ve tried to upload a picture, it hasn’t worked (about 2 weeks I’ve had this problem). I think @Martha had it in the picture game thread, and I only got around it by pressing copy image from my google search.
