In the ‘What are you listening to’ thread, I made a post and used some up-arrows from the special characters thingy, and for some reason they all showed up as question marks:
Is something up here?* Or am I doing something wrong?

? <–that character? I switched over to the other editor to see the special characters you were talking about. They aren’t in the HTML editor.
EDIT: It showed as the double arrow when I did preview, but, like it did for WeepyC, it changed to a question mark when I saved the post.

Offline The one I tried to use was a single arrow (the name of it in the menu-thingy is ‘upwards arrow’). It kinda looks like this:

Offline Into The Sky With Diamonds sent me an email. Have any of you experienced this before and figured out the solution? And/or @Joe can you help him out?
I’m on a new computer and it won’t recognize my username / password.
I can get a link to reset my password, but that new password doesn’t work either.
I’m directed to Wordpress where the password doesn’t work either.
Thoughts?

Offline I would suggest to make a new account and see if you can get that first, if that works then it would just be your old account that is goofing.
Or you could go to the library or any other device and see if you could log in.
Or you could use a diffrent internet browser and see if that works.

Offline This is weird, I’ve logged in using a Windows 8 laptop, a Windows 10 laptop, a Windows 7 desktop, and currently a Windows 7 desktop running Ubuntu 16.04 and no problems signing in here at all.

happen when he tries to log-in, @Ahhh Girl?
I’ve been getting on and off since May. You just have to make repeated attempts to log in. Sometimes it can take me one attempt to log in, sometimes a couple, sometimes ten or more attempts.
I often get a similar message when posting as well. You just have to persevere.

Your last guess might have been for the last puzzle and might have been an H. If that’s the case that’s probably the cause and can be easily fixed by adding a character of some sort to the post.
Edit: I just checked and that is the case. It’s the spamguard that prevents someone from posting the same message multiple times in a row on a thread trying to troll or get attention or whatever their purpose is. If it happens again just use my solution from above. It should work.

Offline I never get that problem and I’ve used both Internet Explorer (also known as the browser hated by developers) and currently Google Chrome in incognito mode and they both work fine.
