How about more smileys? or a thread were we can suggest photos to be made into smileys and we make more and more with time? Has anyone proposed that yet?

Also fixing the blue font that appears when you say the name of a song. Like why doesn’t Baby, You’re a Rich Man or Back in the U.S.S.R. (the official spelling of the titles) turn blue like Dear Prudence for example. I think the “coloring” should apply when the original name is posted (in Wikipedia, Baby, You’re a Rich Man appears with a comma, so it would be natural to include a comma on it, just like the full name of Sgt. Pepper ‘s Lonely Hearts Club Band instead of just “Sgt. Pepper “, or Help ! with an exclamation mark instead of just “Help “) And this might just be my OCD speaking but the monosyllables don’t feature capital letters. Like, it should be “Fixing – a – Hole”, not Fixing A Hole . And last but not least, being able to put a comma, dot, quotation mark, exclamation mark, interrogation mark, etc. after this “colored” words. Just like I can’t write “Fixing A Hole .” without it being separated. This whole system is breaking my nerves

I thought so too but then why Sgt. Pepper works just fine?

As for smileys: Joe is open to new smileys provided the convey an emotion we don’t currently have. Great! didn’t see that. That’s my point, smileys shouldn’t just be put by the hour and ending up being like thousands, but the ones that are there already are just too few, and there are many other emotions that could be original and funny that aren’t featured right now. I’ll see if I come up with some.

There could also be a display of smiley categories, either by emotions, members of the band, just like the emojis on WhatsApp, that are separated by topics. There are currently 54 smileys, I think at least 200 in blocks of 50 would seem about right.

Another thought

What about a notice that tells you when some one quotes you. Just like you get a “(Remove Notice)” on the top of the forum when someone @’s you, there could be a notice for when someone quotes you as well. Maybe even when someone thanks you. That way you get informed on every type of feedback you have instead of having to check the threads on which you recently posted.
