Be nice MrBig.
My advice? Skim the most recent threads before posting a new one. No one expects you to read them all, but a quick run through doesn't hurt. And read Joe's rules. It's his party after all.
Ad hoc, ad loc, and quid pro quo! So little time! So much to know!

I'd like to be, under the sea, in an octopus's garden, with you.
In the past we've had people starting new threads Here, There And Everywhere . Quite often about nothing in particular, or about things we've already mentioned. Sometimes it helps to have broader topics that can be opened up, rather than ones limited to very minor details, but it doesn't matter too much. Also, to avoid repetition it helps if people to have a look around what's already been said, but I know there's quite a lot here and it's not always possible.
None of that means you should stop yourself from posting if you have something to say – I'd hate to think people felt self-conscious about joining in because of some unwritten rule about post frequency. Go right ahead.

Just wanted to say, I’ve posted a few times in the past month or two, then didn’t come back to respond (and a couple of my posts I haven’t even checked to see if there was a response). Part of it is I find it difficult to navigate around. Anyway, I appreciate all the people who did respond, thank you.
