Well, I was going to write a friendly letter to Olivia Harrison and then I relized I didn’t know her address, so I looked it up and came across this website! I still haven’t mailed that letter though.
That. Is. Awesome.
By the way, I LOVE your avatar. An amazing moment in cinematic history…
"Now and then, though, someone does begin to grow differently. Instead of down, his feet grow up toward the sky. But we do our best to discourage awkward things like that."
"What happens to them?" insisted Milo.
"Oddly enough, they often grow ten times the size of everyone else," said Alec thoughtfully, "and I’ve heard that they walk among the stars."

Roaming the net for random beatleness brought me here. Occasionally its fun to do random beatle searches (news, blogs, song titles etc) to see whats out there, and at times it pays dividends.

Aha that's so funny. Dunno why. Though I think you should say “surfing the Internet”, not internets. But then again… Maybe it's old fashioned to claim there is only one inter”net” since many different data transport systems have been made. What am I saying. No idea.
right … I'm sorry for all this mistakes, I'm not from English speaking country. I know that “internet” is right but I thought that I heard the word “internets” too. I just watched a video where I thought I heard it but I've found out that it said “I'm gonna do the internet”. oops.
+ I'm glade I made you laugh.

How did I find this forum?
Well…………you see:
“I was alone, I took a ride, I didn't know what I would find there!”
But seriously speaking, one day while I was browsing Google for Beatles websites, I stumbled upon this community of fellow Beatle fans. I posted “once before” but I remembered that that was quite a long time ago…”so I came back again!”

When I became a Beatles fan I loved to look up info for the songs as I listened to them. I used mostly Wikipidia but I always SAW this site but never clicked on it.
This week I said I should try to look at an actual site and I clicked the link and fell in love. Then I said 'Why not' and clicked on the Fab Forum tab and viola!
It was love at first click!

BornInThe80s – did you visit during the Wikipedia blackout? I got a big spike in users on that day, presumably from people who wanted their Beatles fix but weren’t otherwise getting it.
Can buy me love! Please consider supporting the Beatles Bible on Amazon

One day, I went for a walk with my freaky cat. Snow was falling down, birds weren't singing and suddenly I've stumbled and thuded on the ground. when I turned round with my soring head to see what was the reason of the spectacular tumble I saw it – smiling, cheerful forum which said: come over.! and I did. the end of my story. thank for your attention.

I remember my Grade 9 Geography teacher telling us that the guy who discovered both Iceland and Greenland was kind of a criminal. When he reported back to his native country he told them that what's now known as Iceland was full of ice and that Greenland was the nice one because he wanted to keep Iceland for himself or something like that.

I think I came to this site right before the blackout actually! I just remember that there HAD to be a better site than Wikipedia to read up on The Beatles.

Great stories – I am very glad you all found us.
Bjway – thanks for the geography/history lesson. I really enjoy “little known facts”. Must be the Cliff Claven in me.

Hmm, guess I never answered this seriously, just re-posted the same goofy joke as Zig! Anyways, I was in the full flush of renewed personal Beatlemania thanks to the 09/09/09 remaster-hype, and wanted to find some specific info on (I think) “You Know My Name (Look Up The Number)”. A little Googling led me here, and I was pleased to find the very informative site that we all know and love. I immediately started leaving comments on the various song pages in late '09; it wasn't until a coupla months later that it occurred to me to check out the Fab Forum. And of course, once I did that, I found “A forum so nice, I registered twice!” (And painstakingly designed two avatars after a couple of weeks of borrowing this) :
GEORGE: In fact, The Detroit Sound. JOHN: In fact, yes. GEORGE: In fact, yeah. Tamla-Motown artists are our favorites. The Miracles. JOHN: We like Marvin Gaye. GEORGE: The Impressions PAUL & GEORGE: Mary Wells. GEORGE: The Exciters. RINGO: Chuck Jackson. JOHN: To name but eighty.
