Oh and don’t forget “love” he says “love” in an absolutely brilliant way! I think the Rutles did it best; “loove.”
I loove George.

I always spelled it ‘luve’ but I think that’s more like Robert Plant’s pronunciation of The Word than George’s. And how can we forget the eternal Febrooary?
(I think if you’re British or otherwise of a non-rhotic accent then you’ll be more inclined to spell is ‘curr’ rather than ‘cuhh’, similar to how the Brits say ‘arse’ when they mean ‘AHHHHs’ — evocative spelling is my specialty )

Correct, I was just spelling it phonetically with an American accent.

That one’s special. It isn’t exactly that it’s a favourite Harrisong… it seems to transcend being by George and is just this beautiful piece of atmosphere from another realm.
@Zig likes it too.

Yes, but most of them just reek of George and are dripping with his soul, you know? And I love them because of that, but Ballad Of Sir Frankie Crisp isn’t exactly as Harrisonic in an overt way, it’s much more subtle; it could have been a Pink Floyd song or something, I don’t know, and I love it because it’s so pure, it’s like a watercolour painting (no shade, Mr Kite! )

Fair enough, I suppose. Tbh it seems pretty Georgeish to me, but then again what do I know.
I wonder if there’s such a thing as a George song that I dislike? So far I haven’t heard one.

I suppose it is, but it’s got an ethereality to it that is distinct from most other things he’s done… he’s typically a little more straightforward with pouring his soul from him to you. BOSFC is more evocative than direct.

Nope.
(To be fair, I think there’s a few I’m not keen on, but it’s something like… three or four out of his entire discography… )

Well yeah that’s different, there are a couple I’m meh about (Ding Dong Ding Dong , for one) but I don’t think I actively dislike any.
Also: It’s Johnny’s Birthday is adorable.

Here’s a question that just popped into my head: What word does George say best?
I’d say “brackets” of course, but as I have previously stated the way he says “care” is

I’m personally very fond of the Harrisonian pronunciation of ‘about’ (I know, I know ): ‘abaut’. I also really like his pronunciation of ‘something’.

Let’s put it this way ..i have favorite songs all around the albums..
here are some of them:
-Stuck inside a cloud
cloud nine
marwa blues
looking for my life
my swet Lord (2000)
i had have you any time
the light that has lighted the world
that which i have lost
Circles
world of stone
learning how to love you
i can’t get over you
isn’t a pity
Something
don’t let me wait too long
baby don’t run away
beautiful girl
woman don’t you cry for me
behind that locked door
i live for you
I Me Mine
just for today
be here now
who can see it
cheer down
that is all
someplace else
Dheradun
art of dying
deep blue
and many others…
