Question for the forum: how are you celebrating GH's birthday?
I'll be at school- joyous!
Though, I'll listen to him when I first wake up, and do *ahem* PG-rated things to the picture I have of him hanging in my room. Happy birthday Mr. President…
Tongue, lose thy light. Moon, take thy flight… see ya, George!

Well, as Alissa said, the 25th isn't here yet, but will be here tomorrow!
Well…….me oh-so lovely besties are planning me a tea-party tomorrow to celebrate George's b-day! And yes! I am absolutley psyched about it!:) They aren't really into the Beatles, but they know I am and that I plan on celebrating John's, Paul's, George's, and Ringo's birthday every year from now on. Plus, they think may not like the Fab 4, but they love George! They said they bought me some type of Beatles tea off the internet, I really don't know what that is, I am guessing some type of Beatle-themed ingredients. And some yummy apple-tart!:) And, of course, a George song marathon will be played! And Beatles Rockband, I assume:)….
Dear George, I love you so much and I wish you a very happy birthday!
P.S. I MISS YOU!:( *tear*….

** ¡Feliz Cumpleaños, Jorge! **
We love you in L.A…. after all, you're family!
L.A. celebrates George's birthday with a party on his star in front of The Capitol Building, but I'll celebrate by playing “Here Comes The Sun ” tomorrow morning over my school's P.A. system!

Beatle tea parties and PA takeovers – now we're talking.
I will be celebrating by having drinks and sharing Beatle-related stories and memories with a fellow Beatlehead. God help the establishment if there isn't a jukebox nearby. Also, George will be on the iPod all day, which I'm much looking forward to.

I've read in various places that George was actually born shortly before midnight on the 24th, but the birth certificate said 25th. I think he only found out later on in life that his birthday was really the 24th.
Does anyone have any more info on this?
Also, there's some dispute about his middle name. Some sources say it was Harold, after his father, but he's just George on his birth certificate.

Oh a tea party sounds good. Is the the tea from Mightly Leaf? I bought some and it's very nice.
As for the 24th or the 25th issue, I haven't read anything more concrete than what you've posted. Some said he may have been joking because he was tired of the question, but it doesn't read as a joke to me. My parents have the same debate about the time of my birth because of daylight savings time.
Ad hoc, ad loc, and quid pro quo! So little time! So much to know!

Yeah, they told me it was from Mighty Leaf. I liked it, too. Best tea!
Tea-party went great! I cried, though, when we sung and played Here Comes The Sun on Beatles Rockband. I miss George so:(
