Offline I was watching Now 80’s music channel while making dinner and there was an ad on for ATMP 50th album. Harrison estate is going all out, probably trying to get a No. 1.

Need to be releasing 487 different editions of it then, some limited; throw in few pieces of tat no one would normally give a crap about like a gnome hat or a pack of ‘ATMP ‘ paracetamol into random packs. It worked for Paul.

Offline But how many JL compilations are there, for most people if you have one, you have them all – regardless of whether it’s an Ultimate Mix. How many of us here bought Give Me Some Truth?
There were no new things on that compilation either, ATMP on the other hand has got a nice chunk of goodies for those interested and I imagine most people on here are going to listen to at least a few tracks from ATMP .

Offline As did the recent John Lennon /Plastic Ono Band Ultimate Collection, which didn’t even make the Top 10.
It’d be nice to see a solo archive release by one of them top the charts, but that seems reserved to The Beatles as a group rather than them as solo artists.
