I love all three of George's songs on Revolver . After all, they're on Revolver and aren't Yellow Submarine . I definitely like them more than the Rubber Soul tracks, though that's no smite to Rubber Soul . I reckon I prefer If I Needed Someone to Think For Yourself .
Anyway, on topic: My Sweet Lord is obvious, and deservedly so- pure class. I also love Wah-Wah (which is supposedly aimed at Paul, though it works aimed at either of them), What Is Life , and the TW songs Handle With Care, Heading For The Light and End of the Light. If I can include them, I suppose I can include Photograph too, so I will.
An underrated track is This Guitar (Can't Keep From Crying), which is a sequel to While My Guitar Gently Weeps .
I told her I didn’t

I've been listening to Concert for George alot lately and can't seem to get enough of Beware Of Darkness .
To the fountain of perpetual mirth, let it roll for all its worth. And all the children boogie.

That is a great song. I also watch that concert a lot. It might be my all time favorite concert. With all the different musicians playing George's songs and having the Indian section and the bonus of Monte Python, what an incredible concert. I love Joe Brown's Ukulele version of 'I'll See You In My Dreams'

Yeah I love “I'll See You In My Dreams”, I don't think there's a more appropriate way of remembering George.

the musical opening to The Art Of Dying remains, to me, one of the most smokin song intros ever – EVER!!!

I'm quite liking Apple Scruffs now. but most of that album is really good. There's also got my mind set on you, when we was fab, and of course the pirate song. I recently found the original take used for Let It Down on youtube, it's really interesting to hear that song without it's many overdubs.

You have a good argument with that one.

This question is too hard! George is my favourite Beatle, and I've liked everything I've heard so far, so it's tricky to pick a favourite! I must say, though, that I think that “Living in the Material World” is an excellent album :).
I don't know if anyone else has heard a song called “Gopala Krishna”? According to Youtube, George recorded it for “All Things Must Pass “, but decided not to include it on the final version of the album. That's a pity- it's a nice song.

First, welcome to the Forum – there is always room in here for another George fan!
Second, I had not heard that song. If it's on Youtube, I'll have to check it out.

My Sweet Lord , and What Is Life are my 2 favorites. They definitely show how much George improved on songwriting.
Slightly off-topic side note: My iPod(on shuffle) just played All Things Must Pass , Got My Mind Set On You, then My Sweet Lord .

I really like that song LucySky posted.
But lately I've been on a Behind That Locked Door kick. I am just completely in love with the sound of the song and George's voice.

Nice to see I was'nt he only one who bought ” Extra Texture “, hello The Walrus, and ” This Guitar ” is an underrated George song. My own all time fave would have to be ” My Sweet Lord “, after all these years it still fells fresh every time I hear it. In my opinion there are'nt many duds anyway, George was always my favourite.

Um, I am reviving this thread from March. Wow. I didn’t realise it was so long. But I have found my new favourite George song. Your Love Is Forever. Off 1979’s George Harrison . That guitar, his voice. Wow. Did I mention that guitar? Please, if you never again read one more of my posts, just find that song. Now I need to figure out how I know the song.
