Offline I think this was reported in the news thread but no or very little discussion followed about it.
Why can’t they include the whole damn concert instead of omitting one track, makes fans irate with such daft decisions.

Yes, it seems kind of crazy when his other song is still there and available on the Tube as ed notes.

Indeed. Also kind of relevant as George and Ringo were on the track; Mr Tambourine Man off Bangladesh. I get that they didn’t film it but they could have had the audio track as a bonus on the DVD backed with the photos from the performance which they do have.

Offline I’m probably way out of line for suggesting such a thing as music companies would never be so cynical and money grabbing but it could that they are holding something back for the next reissue so they can advertise it as including new footage/music etc.

Ha ha – could be – they added a ‘newly found’ version of Love Minus Zero / No Limit last reissue.
And just to bring this back to ed’s comment – from memory the bonus DVD on Bangladesh also has Dylan and George rehearsing If Not For You .
