Zig often posted that as his reaction to posts he found particularly funny. It soon became known as doing a Zig, Zigging in response, I Zigged, etc., because he was most associated with the response.

I used the term “zig” yesterday. i forgot that you people are the only ones who would understand.
I use it all the time. I’ve explained the term to my folks a few times so I think they know what I mean. It sounds rather like it means, too, in my opinion.
