Sorry. If it’s causing people problems I’ll move the captcha. We don’t get much spam round here nowadays (that’s not a challenge, btw) so I’ll take it off on a trial basis.

Joe, I think you've made a horrible mistake here. I actually think the captcha is cool, and I get quite confused when writing PM's. It also makes my life on mobile devices easier, and I believe the math should be restored ASAP>

Why is an extra barrier to posting a good thing for you?

When posting on my iPod, I used to just hit the next button after my post was written, taking me straight to the math, where I could hit the Post Reply thing from there. Now, I have to shrink the scene and the expand it again on my iPod.

Is there a way to alter the Spellchecker to UK? Its unnerving getting words like catalogue and colour highlighted as being spelt incorrectly. Also is there a way to add words to the ‘is actually a word’ pile as “spelt” is a word?

Purposefully misspell a word, mmm. Right click on it and it will bring up a menu. Third from the bottom of that menu is “Spell checker option”, if you click on that and then “Dictionaries”, you can add an “English (United Kingdom)” dictionary to the spell checker, and make it your default. Right-clicking on a misspelt word also offers you the option to “Add to dictionary”, just below the suggestions it makes. Press that and the word will be included in the dictionary.
Hope this helps.

This forum doesn’t have a spellchecker. It’s your browser that’s defaulting to US English.
