I wasn’t questioning your sexuality – never would. It’s just your eyesight I was concerned about. Or maybe it’s mine that should be questioned. Beauty is in the eye of the beer holder I guess.

@Zig: I wasn’t questioning your sexuality – never would: I know mate, it’s cool.
Beauty is in the eye of the beer holder I guess: I’ve learnt the hard way in the past that you shouldn’t type stuff on a forum while under the influence of alcohol,that was a painful lesson learned……… Anyway,those pics are weird and disconcerting (is that the right word, I dunno),but they’ve certainly got us talking,so it’s all good

I too like the Ringo girl picks. He makes for a cute girl. Kinda the plucky type I think.

Yeah, Ringo looks like the one I’d want to hang out with as a friend. I could see him, well I mean “her”, as being fun at an amusement park, movie theater, water park, botanical garden, shopping mall, etc.

@Ahhh Girl, this is awful, but the first time I glanced at your post I read it as, “I could see him, well I mean ‘her’, as being fun behind an amusement park, movie theater, water park, botanical garden, shopping mall, etc.”

@Zig: I’m straight,and yet despite that,in both Ringo pics,I think he could pass for a very attractive female haha.![]()
Do we need to start a thread on whether FM has “gay leanings,” or is that verboten under the new Forum Rules of Engagement?

I am then asked if I know of any artists who pulled that off. I reply, 'The Beatles did'.

^I don’t think you quite read my post, Funny Pineapple: I meant purely in regards to facial features. There’s no doubt that George was quite masculine, but his features were also very aesthetically beautiful, and his face could have made a lovely female face without much alteration, as shown in the weird pic above — BUT I wouldn’t say he was as effeminate-looking as Paul.
Each to his own I guess, but I respectfully disagree! I find George’s features a little unbalanced, attractive rather than beautiful. Bowie had good bone structure but George not so much. I find this Angela Lansbury/Paul McCartney thing tiresome. Perhaps it’s Lansbury who looks like McCartney – she looks quite masculine. I don’t find Paul that effeminate looking. Of the four, he has the most masculine chin.

Quite right, everyone has their favourites, would be a boring world if they were the same. My point is, in that in establishing their faves, it always seems to be Paul on the thin end of the wedge. Not only is he constantly compared with John on his songwriting skills, he also has to contend with naysayers in the looks department as well. Unlike the other three, Paul’s face has been scrutinised, dissected and commented upon to an absurd degree for over fifty years. The idiots who believe the Paul is dead rumour are out there with their rulers measuring the distance between his eyes, ears, nose, mouth, whatever. Nobody should be subjected to this crap, famous or not. It’s wrong. John, George and Ringo get off lightly.

Actually, there are also conspiracy theorists who believe in “two Johns” and “two Georges” and “two Ringos” too — though admittedly, they are less industrious than the PID crowd. But it’s a naturally logical development. If you’re going to indulge in a conspiracy why not go all the way?
