On 16 May 1969, Ringo and Peter Sellers set sale for New York on the Queen Elizabeth 2, a cruise paid for by Commonwealth United as a thank you for bringing in The Magic Christian, which had recently wrapped principal photography, on time and within budget.
They had a photoshoot on board before the ship cast off. These photographs are from the archive of the Southern Daily Echo.

Offline RN and I are sitting here theorizing. Was it in Corfu where Paul, Linda, and Heather went on May 16th? Or is the picture from May 15th when Paul was at the house he bought for his dad, Jim?
Or did Paul have a tanning bed?
So many questions! Nothing too small or too big to contemplate in all-out Beatlemaniac mode.

Well yes, but I was mostly looking at his face. I’ve drawn him a fair bit. I know what his face looks like. 
It was more angular.

Offline I knew you would be able to tell @Beatlebug. A Reddit group is having a lively discussion about the picture. One member pointed out that the person on the right behind George is Maureen (below is a picture of the VIP section during Dylan’s set-note the hat) and the couple in the picture are probably with her. One other person swears it is Jeff Beck, which seems highly unlikely.
