A friend and I got to talking about this today, when he asked me who I would cast if Hollywood ever decided to make a film about the Beatles (ignoring any other films that may be made). I honestly didn’t know, so I figured I’d find out what everyone else thought. Roles include (but not limited to…)

I don’t know any Beatles-like actors. If Hollywood made it, it would probably be crap, but if it was British, they’d probably cast someone who’s been in one of the many TV films, although I’m never satisfied with their voices.

I dunno. I always thought that Richard Armitage, the British actor from Spooks could make a good George Harrison .
But I think I’d love to see a bio about them when I’m older… I’ve seen some Beatles bio movies and to be honest, I don’t like them much. The only one I think I enjoyed a bit was Two of us… I saw Backbeat and that was all… and of course I saw those horrible TV movies about John Lennon and Paul McCartney …
