So my dad saved just about everything from his theater days, including this poster from the “Ten for Two” John Sinclair Freedom Rally Documentary that premiered at the Royal Oak Music Theater in 1989. He’s asked me to go through some of his stuff and find out more about it and see if there was interest or value.
Can’t find out much about this film ….

‘Why Ten For Two” is the John Lennon-Yoko Ono Music Doc You Haven’t Seen‘ is an article on the indiewire site about why the film hasn’t been released, there are also two youtube videos so you can watch the film.
Michigan Daily has a lot of information about the concert and the circumstances surrounding it – from the article “In July 1969, Sinclair was sentenced to 9.5 to 10 years in prison for selling two joints to an undercover narcotics officer. The Freedom Rally, held on Dec. 10, 1971 — 40 years ago this Saturday — was the culmination of more than two years of efforts to free Sinclair.“
