I’m planning to watch all the movies in a row tomorrow. With Let It Be I think it should be six hours and 47 minutes.
Good luck! I wish I owned at least one, but I don’t want to take them for granted.
I am you as you are you as you are you and you are all together.

Magical Mystery Tour put me into a trance and afterward I had to take a nap. I may have to watch the last two tomorrow.

So you have Let It Be and Yellow Submarine left? (I am assuming you’re watching them in chronological order)

Yes, I have those movies left and I’m watching chronologically. Something about Magical Mystery Tour just put me out. During Blue Jay Way I was like, “What’s going on?” I just had to close my eyes by the end.
I don’t have Let it Be on Blu-ray, though, just DVD.

I find there is very little in ‘MMT’ to keep the interest going. The only two scenes I care for are the bit with Little Nicola and, as said above, the ‘I Am The Walrus ‘ scene. Some of the rest may have been mildly amusing on the first few viewings but have long lost their appeal; a good handful are ideas that never worked or weren’t funny and then there is that ghastly section where John and George perv over the stripper – nothing will ever make me want to see that again.

I’ve watched MMT once, I didn’t necessarily dislike it, but I don’t think I’ll watch it again soon.
But back on topic, most of my favourite scenes are from A Hard Day’s Night and Help .
My absolute favourite would have to be the ‘Ticket To Ride ‘ scene in Help , which is just really fun and silly. I love every part of it, from Paul’s unamused face when he falls to Ringo skiing down a hill backwards. Brilliant scene.

The ‘Help ‘ end credits are brilliant; especially due to ‘The Barber of Seville’.

Hello there, @Billy A. Shears. Welcome to the Beatles Bible forum. Evangeline created a “fav scene” topic a few months ago. I brought your posts over to live in harmony with these other post.

Favorite scene is probably the part in A Hard Day’s Night where George is talking to that fashion designer guy. It’s very ‘grotty’

One of my favorites is the scene in AHDN where Grandfather is lecturing Ringo on why he needs to “go parading”. For me, the funniest bit in the scene is watching Grandfather moving from table to table as he is talking, looking for a shaker with some sugar in it. When he finally finds one, he goes back to his table only to find the waitress has taken away his coffee. A wonderful scene – well written and acted out.
The quality of this vid is poor (who thinks it is a good idea to film something off television???), but you get the idea.

AHDN :
“Hey Mister can we have our ball back?”
“That’s why I play the drums, it’s me compensatory factor” –
“Have you got a nail file, these handcuffs are killing me!” –
John in the bathtub.
Ringo’s paradin’ scene.
The chase scene where the guy is stealing the car while all the other stuff is going on.
Help !:
“It WAS you buzzin’. You naughty boy!” –
“It’s a thingy! A fiendish thingy!” –
The restroom hand dryer scene. Those overdubs kill me. Random clothes pieces getting sucked off (mainly sleeves lol). The sink getting ripped off the wall.
The Ticket To Ride scene. I want a sit-and-ski contraption now. Whatever they’re called.
The sled. “Hohohohohohohohohohohoho!” *yoink* “Put me down! The blood’s rushin’ to me head!” “Oh, thank you! …ouch, ouch, ouch” –
The apartment brawl scene. John calling the “Home Office. He’s wrecking my home”. Small Paul. Ringo running around flailing, acting all big and tough like RAWR….attacking the guy with the juice machine (or is it coffee?), then getting hit with the red paint and just standing there wimpering. D’awww.
Ringo in the trunk: “Hello.”
George: “Hello!”
MMT:
Victor with his gibberish yelling, then Ringo simply asks, “Why?”
“Where’s the bus? ……..Where’s the bus? ………………Where’s the bus??” –
“I was half an hour looking for the sugar!” –
The drunk singing scene on the bus. None of it makes sense anyway. =D
