The music video- serving as an advertisement for the song and the artists.
The Beatles had some pretty good music videos, my favorites being for “Rain ” (I just love the different shots of them, and Paul's chipped tooth always makes me a little sad for him) and “Hello Goodbye ” (the combnation of Sgt. Pepper 's uniforms, the laid back attitude and the joyful dancing making for a great video). So which are your favorites?

The Paperback Writer /Rain videos are just super cool.
You all will have read that Dave Dee is no longer with us. But Mickey and Titch and I would like to carry on the good work that's always gone down in number two.

It may not be a music video, but a scene in Magical Mystery Tour , but I rather enjoy the I Am The Walrus video.
There's also an epic John crotch win, right Bradie?

Yeahhh mine is Rain or Your Mother Should Know . 🙂
Although my actual favourite video of The Beatles is the I'm Down performance at Shea Stadium. I know it's not an official music video or whatever, but I just love that footage so much. 🙂
I think it's great you're going through a phase,
and I'm awfully glad it'll all be over in a couple

Paperback Writer /Rain for me as well. As for Your Mother Should Know , I love the look on John's face as they descend the staircase – priceless.
To the fountain of perpetual mirth, let it roll for all its worth. And all the children boogie.

Mhhh well considering that Your Mother Should Know is part of a movie … I'll leave it out.. but nothing beats to Beatles dancing wearing a white tux.
So I guess my favorite is.. Rain . And it beats the hell to many videos out there.
BtW Poor Ringo he had to do crazy things in the videos have you noticed?

That’s an old topic but I like the subject.
My favortie music video is Paperback Writer but if I consider the scenes in the movies, I love The Fool On The Hill , Your Mother Should Know , Can’t Buy Me Love , Ticket To Ride and Another Girl !
And what’s about the new ones ? My favorite is Glass Onion , I love the style and it’s very creative with a lot of references

I have to go with If I Fell from AHDN . I was a big Ringo fan and I appreciated John being nice to him and getting a smile.
I was completely hypnotized the first time I saw Free As A Bird .

Several favourites aren’t “videos” as much as they were sequences from the films, particularly “Can’t Buy Me Love ” and “Another Girl “. Of the promo videos, “SFF” is full of visual ideas that match up well with the multicoloured inscrutability and beauty and creepiness of the song. Also I really enjoy that one alternate clip of “Hello Goodbye “, with all the crazy dancing and goofing off, as a welcome alternative to the official one. George looks so indifferent and unhappy in his Pepper costume in that one, whereas they look like they’re having fun doing the alternate one in their hip threads.

The new music video for I’m Only Sleeping is really beautiful, especially since the end plan suggests that everything was done in the traditional way, it’s breathtaking!

I love it too, but I noticed something that is really annoying me
They reversed footage of Paul at Shea Stadium. He’s playing right handed

Richard, Pennys Poppies, RubeMy hot take is that after the Beatles split they went down the paths of spiritualism, solipsism, alcoholism, and Paul McCartney
