In the marriage scene in the movie ‘Love Actually’ there is a brief appearance of All You Need Is Love . I find it hilarious.

Not once does the diversity seem forced -- the genius of the record is how the vaudevillian "When I'm 64" seems like a logical extension of "Within You Without You" and how it provides a gateway to the chiming guitars of "Lovely Rita. - Stephen T. Erlewine on Sgt Pepper's

Welcome, @abogue89. I wondered if we would get a “Glee”-induced bump in forum membership. Enjoy learning and loving The Beatles with us.

I actually enjoyed Across The Universe ! T.V. Carpio’s “I Want To Hold Your Hand “, Jim Surgess’s “Girl”,  Evan Rachel Wood’s “It Won’t Be Long ” and “If I Fell “, Joe Cocker’s “Come Together “, Dana Fuch’s “Oh! Darling ” and “Don’t Let Me Down ” to name a couple.

Another good one was the soundtrack for “I Am Sam”, the Michelle Pfeiffer / Sean Penn film. A standout on that one for me was Eddie Vedder’s cover of “Hide Your Love Away”.

The trailer for Justice League has a cover of Come Together . I assume the song will be in the movie.

The full cover.

WOW!!! That packs a punch!

I’m going to expand this theme a little to include social media stars in their videos. They get as much view time as many movies.

I’ve heard Beatles music in videos with #amazonjames and #frannielife. I heard Hey Bulldog and Octopus’s Garden in amazonjames videos today.

I may speak for others when I say – who are these people?

I think this belongs here.

I haven’t seen the film but ‘Glass Onion ‘ plays out as the credits roll at the end of ‘Glass Onion : A Knives Out Mystery’.

Probably the wrong thread, no idea what is, but a cover of ‘Isn’t It A Pity ‘ is heard during the recent release ‘Beau Is Afraid’. I have no idea who the artist is as I spent about 35 minutes afterwards trying unsuccessfully to figure out what I had spent almost 3 hours watching. It is that long and weird a film you stay watching at times only because you are wondering if what you are watching is what you are watching.

It’s neither a bad, good or anything in-between film.

Watched the new Indiana Jones movie the other night and was surprised to hear Magical Mystery Tour blasting out of the TV speakers.

Roll Over Beethoven ‘ is heard in ‘Superman 3’, Dick Lester was director which no doubt helped.

Makes me wonder which other random long time ago films Beatles songs appeared in. ‘Ferris Bueller‘ is a famous one (tho it ruins ‘TAS’ with the stupid brass playing over it) but there must be others.
