Not sure who all the “external people” are, but when it comes to Smokey Robinson giving us his Beatles thoughts, you’re damn right I think his thoughts are relevant, and worth preserving. As with Paul and Ringo, he’s an octogenarian musical legend and genius, who we’re blessed to still have with us, in good health and mental sharpness, and still making music. How many other of the Beatles’ inspirations and musical heroes are still around? Dylan, and….?
