This past Friday night, I watched AHDN again in honor of Paul's birthday. It reminded me that I've been meaning to bring something up but keep forgetting to…
Have you ever noticed that John does his (as Geroge put it in Anthology) 'spastic' face in the beginning of If I Fell ? Take a look – on the words “help meeeeeeeeeee understand”.
As a matter of fact, as I am typing this, I notice on the post just before this one that Sunii has the 'spastic' face thing going on with her latest avatar.
To the fountain of perpetual mirth, let it roll for all its worth. And all the children boogie.

I did the same.. I watched AHDN and Good Night New York City. *wearing her Magneto helmet*
And no I hadn't noticed those faces… my favorite bit is when George falling off his amp LOL!!!
I have a question… I mean I know they're not playing but Ringo is not even hitting the cymbals right?
Here comes the sun….. Scoobie-doobie……

I agree – George knocking over the amp in the rehearsal scene is funny.
I'm not sure about the cymbals thing. Since they mimed all of the songs in the movie he could have been hitting them from time-to-time and it wouldn't have mattered.
I'm sure there is someone in the forum who can answer that – lots of knowledgable Fab-o-philes in here!

I would assume he was probably hitting the cymbals and the drums. The music in the studio that they were miming to would have been loud enough anyways, so hitting the cymbals wouldn't have destroyed any ears. Also, I know now that in music videos that mute the cymbals and drums with special padding so it's not too loud. They could have possibly done that too.

A Hard Day's Night is personally my favorite of all their movies. I especially like when they're getting ready for the show I think it is. So many funny little things happen in that scene. Like Paul with the hairdryer, and John cutting the tape. Great scene.

I really liked the movie
I was surprised that the bit of the movie where they are playing “I should have known better” appeared at my piano class
I saw the movie with my parents on a weekend but my mother says she likes “Help !” more
P.S:I`m going to get #9 at the math

Let's see, something on topic… Ok, during the chase scene (with the bobbies), would you have prefered that I'll Cry Instead was used instead of a reprise of Can't Buy Me Love? I would like to see it in action, but I think it could have worked.

Hmmm….
You have piqued my interest.
I always thought that they should have included the “You Can't Do That” scene. John is just so… hot in that scene.
