I got this book and it has all 194 songs written and recorded by the Beatles in it, and I think it’s great! All the chord diagrams are really easy to read and they aren’t like substitutes for what chords could be and all that (if that makes any sense). Have any of you heard of it?
Ya i got a copy as a birthday gift last year. I really like it. There are a few of innacuracies (if you will) in some of the chord layouts, but overall it’s a great book. What i mean by ithat is they show you a certain chord in a certain song, and while it may be correct, you can clearly tell that it’s not the same chord which is actualy being played on the record so you have to look elsewhere to figure out the ‘real’ way to play a song. This happens a few times. I’m drawing a blank with examples as i don’t have the book in front of me and i don’t want to say something incorrect.
Still it’s a pretty awesome resource. I have this permanently sitting on a coffee table beside my epi hummingbird in the livingroom.
