Hi everyone. The Beatles music very much inspired me as a young kid and I was particularly taken by the charisma of John Lennon , and then later shocked and saddened by his tragic death.
Many years later I have now written a novel ‘Sixth Beatle – When Music Changed the World’ where some of the Beatles songs, and John Lennon in particular, are important to the narrative. ( see sixthbeatle.com). It’s set in Liverpool and has a strong music theme and starts with the question – why do so many great musicians die relatively young? As did John Lennon himself.
It’s not full of Beatles stuff, so please don’t buy it if you would have wanted that. But I think most people will enjoy the references to the fab Four’s music and the influence they have on the novel’s hero – a young genius musician whose Dad christens as the Sixth Beatle.
Also if you’d like to read a book rich in the spirit of Liverpool, then this might be for you. Thanks for allowing me to mention this.

Offline Thanks for the hospitality. Its going quite nicely so far. I’ve noticed that the visitors from Beatle fan sites spend the longest on my website than anyone. So they must appreciate some of the content I guess.
