Bit of a long shot this, but does anyone here subscribe to Rolling Stone magazine? I’m looking for some Beatles-related interviews from their archive, which you can get if you have an All Access account, but membership seems to be US-only (and I live in the UK). If you can help, please get in touch.

Alternatively, if anyone has old issues with Beatles/solo interviews, could you perhaps scan and send them to me? I’m particularly interested in the McCartney interview in issue 482, but anything else would be great too.

joe at beatlesbible dot com, as always.

Sorry Joe but this isnt one of the many magazines out there that i ever had a desire to buy. Maybe because it wasnt on prominent display amongst the others (Record Collector, Mojo, Q etc).

I’ve had a subscription for a long time + on occasion I keep Beatley interviews from all sources if I find them interesting ( I still have the original Playboy issue in which Lennon gave his last interview).

There’s a chance that somewhere in that large drawer that all this gets thrown into (who knows when someone will have use for it?) I would have the interview from #482.

I’ve never tried the all access.

Do you know the year or what the cover looks like?

Yep, it’s this one, dated 11 September 1986: http://www.rollingstone.com/mu…..y-77987476

If you have a subscription you get free membership of All Access. Why not give it a go and see what it’s like? And if you fancy mailing me the text of any interviews (Beatles, George Martin, Yoko etc) I’d certainly be grateful!

Definitely have the cover – will see if I have the interview and will check All Access when I have a minute.

I also remember a George Harrison cover/interview; Harrison’s got a big beard.
