I loved the first volume, and can’t wait for the 2nd!!
I tried to send an e-mail to the email address you provided to obtain the pdf, but the e-mail delivery failed and said the e-mail was no longer in use.
Are you no longer giving away the pdf copies?

I am glad I came across this thread as I never would have known that this book existed.
I look forward to purchasing a copy and reading this book, especially based on all of the positive feedback this book has received and then I can look forward to Volume 2 as well.
And in the end the lunch you take is equal to the lunch you bake.

Offline I’m resurrecting this old topic of mine for two reasons:
1. The book has been quoted in the WILD LIFE Deluxe Edition!!!
2. For those who wonder about the pdf addition, in a while I’ll put it up somewhere or send it through e-mail.
Needless to say the first point makes me so proud. All of my thanks to Paul McCartney and his management team for this “gift” and to all of you who have supported this volume through these five years!
