Article on a new photography book by Bill Eppridge, Six Days That Changed the World. Eppridge, btw, is the photographer I met last year at Photo LA. I spotted the book yesterday at a record store, and it’s beautiful ($30). [x-posted to the news thread]

This book has been mentioned upthread – Sylvia Nightingale was on the Magical Mystery Tour , and her book will come out in February. The Examiner did an interview with her.I have to say, as non-insider Beatle memoirs go, I’m really looking forward to this one. I hope she’s a decent writer.

An update on the book, which has been delayed:
I have been chewing things over and decided that I do not want any money out of my book sales, so decided the local Hospice will have 50% and the remainder will go to my two granddaughters to help with their careers. I was never doing this for the money anyway, simply to document a piece of Beatle History. If any profits can help my granddaughters with their future, then my job will be done…….

Don’t think so. What exactly do you mean? That there’s posts missing?
Moving along in our God given ways, safety is sat by the fire/Sanctuary from these feverish smiles, left with a mark on the door.

If you mean other new book releases then possibly but it would be incredibly difficult and time consuming to keep up with all the new Beatles books that come out.
I’ll post the ones I come across but i don’t go searching.

No, I felt like we had a discussion on Sex And The Beatles. Guess it was at the news thread.

That was free for a day from Kindle, Joe posted it on the twitter or I wouldn’t have noticed. I haven’t started it yet, but it looks interesting.
