Has anyone read this? Is it any good? It’s about $32/£19 to get it shipped to the UK, but I’ve not been able to find out much about the book’s contents.

Offline I thought there might be a review at The Examiner, but I was mistaken.
I’m not encouraged by the fact that the site features one of those fake John quotes (the one about understanding life).

Offline I’ve heard the app is good (it was mentioned during an episode of Fab4Free4All) but not used it myself, not have i read the book.
