Does anyone have this? Can you confirm whether or not it is worth buying the collector’s edition?
It was supposed to have been released October 30. It looks like it was released in the UK but is still not out here in the states. The preorder button has disappeared from Amazon and I have no idea whether or not Target can actually procure the book. I’m considering ordering from the UK. But I would like to wait until November 15 if there are actually going to be copies available. I don’t know exactly how limited it is (well, I do–but I don’t know how many copies will be available after preorders).
The whole Imagine Ultimate thing has been a fiasco with the release dates being wrong and with various stores being unable to fulfill orders. I don’t think the fan bundle packages from Universal have even shipped yet.

Offline It finally arrived. And of course the print was creased when I opened it and I tried to fix it and now there is minor damage from rubbing. Stuff like this always happens to me. Oh well. Number 1100.

Offline The pictures are very nice. Not that far into it but so far it’s nothing I don’t already know. I’m sure there will be things new to me though. It’s a big book.
I think the deluxe version has fold-out panoramas, a section on singles from the period and more Yoko art.
I would say it is worth it. The book from the CD box set contains excerpted material from this book though.
